Hi I am currently taking the Bellyfit Sage online program. I have a question regarding the chime that is mentioned in lesson 4.4 " then repeat as many times through as possible, usually about 5-7, until the chime tells you to move onto the cool down." This chime is referred to in the cardio and cool down sections. I've been listening to the Sage music often and I am having trouble hearing these chimes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
